How Does it all work?

We offer our direct No Service No Attendance service Sydney wide as well as extending up the Central Coast as far as Newcastle.

Craig from Timeless Funerals will professionally organise your loved one’s cremation with a minimum of fuss. All legal requirements are met, and arrangements are carried out with the utmost care, dignity and concern for your family’s wishes.

Upon notification Craig will immediately organise all of the necessary documentation and arrange the transfer of your loved one into our loving care.

We will then arrange for the required paperwork to be made available to you in  the most convenient manner that we can. At that time Craig will make bookings and gather family history details for the Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages.

Craig will also arrange for you to sign the appropriate legal and authorising documentation. Due to the direct nature of this style of service payment is also required prior to, or on the day of the No Service No Atttendance Cremation. Payment may be made by direct deposit, cash or bank/personal cheque. Unfortunately we cannot accept solicitor or trustee accounts.

Craig is also always more than happy to discuss helpful ways for you and your family and friends to arrange a fitting memorial.

We accept Direct Electronic payment to account, we also accept most major Credit Cards however a 1.6% fee is levied (this is a fee that is charged to us)
